– Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable insights.
– Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
– Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
– Work closely with the Data Engineering team to optimize data pipelines and ensure data availability for reporting purposes.
– Validate data quality and troubleshoot discrepancies
– Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure data solutions meet business objectives.
– Conduct training sessions for end-users on how to effectively use BI tools and reports
– Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights to support decision-making
– Stay updated on industry trends and emerging BI technologies.
– Identify opportunities to enhance BI processes and tools to improve reporting efficiency
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
– 3+ years of experience in a BI Analyst or similar role.
– Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
– Advanced knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
– Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
– Experience working with data warehouses and data modeling concepts.
– Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Snowflake, Google BigQuery).
– Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis.
– Knowledge of ETL processes and tools.
– Certification in BI tools or data analytics is a plus.
